After you have completed Step 1 an associate will reach out to you to set up an appointment. It can be via phone, the comfort of your own home, or our office. From there we learn more about your situation and how we can help you.

The final step is for us to tell you what you’ve qualified for. It’s that easy, we do all the work. Once you accept your qualifications we can then move forward with approving the right caregiver for you according to your needs.

What is non-medical Home Care?

Non medical home care is assistance with non medical activities of daily living. It includes most things a person would do for themselves, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, feeding, exercise, assistance with medication, toileting, etc.

What does a non-medical caregiver do?

The assistance provided is according to the needs of each individual client and may include things like, drawing water in tub, assisting in or out of the tub or shower, providing standby assistance for safety, meal planning and preparation, assistance with feeding if necessary, grooming and oral care, assistance with self administered medication, assistance with getting in and out of wheelchairs, changing diapers, etc.

Who qualifies for personal home care services?

The elderly, as well as, young adults suffering from infirmities due to chronic illnesses, or those recovering from surgical procedures in need of a caregiver for help with daily activities.
