What is Non-Medical Home Care?
Non medical home care is assistance with non medical activities of daily living. It includes most things a person would do for themselves, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, feeding, exercise, assistance with medication, toileting, etc.

Who qualifies for personal home care services?
The elderly, as well as, young adults suffering from infirmities due to chronic illnesses, or those recovering from surgical procedures in need of a caregiver for help with daily activities. Help Home Care will accept a client based on the reasonable expectation that the needs can be met adequately in the client’s home or place of residence.

What a non-medical caregiver does not do?
A non-medical caregiver cannot administer any medications, or monitor vital signs such as blood pressure or blood sugar readings. That should be done by the client, a trusted member of the client’s family, or medical personnel only.
