GS1 Digital Convergence Forum

The Digital Convergence Forum was an annual event produced by GS1, one of the most influential global standards organizations in the world. GS1 is the organization behind the barcode system used in virtually every retail transaction on the planet, with over 2 million member companies across 150 countries and 120 local member organizations spanning 25 industries including retail, healthcare, and logistics.

During this engagement, I served as a Frontend Developer and Email Developer at Bailey Brand Consulting, where GS1 was one of their key clients. Working for an organization of this scale meant that every deliverable had to meet a high standard, as this was not a small brand but a global institution.

My responsibilities included building this event site to be pixel-perfect from provided design comps, as well as managing their Marketo email marketing campaigns to reach their extensive member base.

Where design specs were incomplete, I exercised creative judgment to fill gaps while staying true to the established branding and visual language of the site. The event has since concluded, but the site remains here as a portfolio archive, a snapshot of the work produced during that engagement.
